Good music?\u00a0 Was it clear or garbled, too soft, or too loud?<\/li>\n<li>Did you get connected or cut off?<\/li>\n<li>Did you have to repeat what your issue is multiple times to multiple people?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>So, how did you do?<\/h2>\n<p>Any one of these elements is enough to negatively affect a customer\u2019s experience.\u00a0 Connecting with your Support team by phone, chat, customer portal, or other channels should be simple, quick, and tolerable.\u00a0 Try contacting your Support team \u2013 A few minor adjustments can have a big impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With new data protection requirements and security threats it\u2019s important that Support organizations understand their role in protecting their organizations from these risks.
